Dear Steve,

Thank you so very much for the wonderful limo experience! We had such a great time for my daughters 21st birthday. You were right - Olympus has the best limo's and service! ( I am so glad that we didn't go with the other company that had the cheaper price...you get what you pay for.) As promised, the big Excursion limo was beautiful. You really took great care of us and I really appreciate the TLC and being treated like a VIP. I sure hope I get to do a limo ride again. I would recommend our Chauffeur Steve Gould and Olympus Limo to anyone. THANK YOU!!

I apologize for the delay in my response. I was out of town for business.

I wanted to thank you for your honesty and recommendations regarding other companies. After some background checking, I discovered the "company" I was speaking with was neither licensed nor insured, and have since terminated contact with them.

I am waiting on a few final quotes for the service but your company's quote is on par or cheaper than others that I have spoken with. I hope to receive the final quotes this afternoon and make my decision later this evening.

I wanted to add to the comments perviously. I had a small international visitors group, and Olympus could not have been more helpful. Our driver, Steve, was amazing, and Dina was very helpful with the booking and billing.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone visiting the area.

We just returned from our eight day cruise to the Eastern Caribbean and Olympus Limo provided the bus service for us between Clearwater and the Cruise line terminal in Ft. Lauderdale. I was the lead for 43 travelers and I just wanted to drop you a line and say how very pleased we were with the bus service. Our driver was Phil Carr and he made the trip very enjoyable. Everyone had a great time riding the bus down and back which is unusual and everyone commented on Phil and what a gentleman and pleasant person he was to travel with. We book a cruise every year and next year, wherever we go, I hope that Phil is available so that we can request him again.
Thanks again for such great and enjoyable service and give our thanks again to Phil.

I just had to write a comment about the Excellent Email and Phone service I received while setting up a reservation. The gentlemen I spoke to was David D. I had emailed him about making a reservation, and he immediately got back to me. Again, I had emailed him with a couple of other questions I had, and again he immediately emailed me back, and suggested I call him, which I did. He was very knowledgeable about all the questions I had asked. Had a GREAT sense of humor, which I find to be a true asset. I completed my reservation. The next comment entry will be about the actual transportation.

A day to remember

I planned a very special day for an elderly lady who has been kind to me for over 50 years. My wife and I wanted to show her the Hard Rock Casino and have a few hours of fun. We decided to go in style and reserved a limo from Olympus Limo. That was the best decision we could have ever made. The reservation associate was very nice to work with and she even verified the reservation via e-mail along with a personal call the day before our Casino visit. The Chauffeur (Steve Gould) arrived early and ensured our wine was put on ice and our snacks were placed for easy access. The limo had clean glasses, plenty of ice and bottled water for the non wine drinkers. Steve showed us how to work the touch screen controls and did I forget to say what a beautiful limo we had, just as promised! Steve was an outstanding driver with no hard stops or fast starts. The limo ride with Steve to and from the Casino along with the ease of reserving the limo made the day one that will be remembered for a long time. If you ever need a limo service I would strongly recommend Olympus. The experience is well worth the price. Even in this tough economy I feel they could raise there rates to equal the five star service. I am an average citizen who was treated like someone important. Wonderful Evening

Last night we had the pleasure of a 3 hour ride in your 10 passenger stretch limo. We had a fabulous time!! My fiance and I have been working really hard without a vacation and just needed some relaxation time.

We booked a night at the Hilton in St. Pete and reserved the limo to pick us up at 5. Our driver, Steve Gould, arrived early and called Ginger's cell phone. When we got downstairs Steve was waiting. He was outstanding, a true gentleman. Steve asked us where we were going. We told him that we really just wanted 3 hours relaxing in the limo, watching the world go by while we sipped cocktails and munched on snacks.

Steve obliged by taking us on a drive through all the Gulf towns. It was sooo relaxing and the scenery was amazing. Steve gave us our privacy throughout the ride and returned us back to the Hotel safely and right on schedule.

Your limos are beautiful and Steve was the consummate professional. We will be using your service again and requesting Steve for our driver

Holy Mary!

I want to extend a personal thank you for everything you guys did to make my best friend's Bachelorette Party the best experience she's had since I took her to Las Vegas!

My best friend has a small group of friends- we were going to be a party of five. The plan was Mangroves and then DeJaVu. I never realized how cheap her friends were until I asked them to spend money on her!

You guys called the night before to see if I was still interested. I wanted nothing more than to go all out for my best friend. I explained that this was what I really wated for her- but her friends were too cheap to make it happen! I was simply made an offer I could not refuse on the 6 passenger Navigator. You also negotiated a good rate on bottle service at Mangroves and got us into the strip club half price!So affordable- I paid the entire cost myself.

You all went above and beyond! Imagine not only the Bride's surprise when a limo pulled up- but MY surprise when the Navigator was acutally a 10 passenger stretched limo. I thought- oh no! They sent the wrong car! What's that going to cost me! But the driver Robert clarified that the upgrade was done for free. I guess you guys really had some sympathy for my situation!

It wasn't the biggest party I ever organized. It was horrible when people who called themselves her friend didn't show up. It ended up being 3 girls total for the night. But instead of getting emotional or down- she just kept thinking about the beautiful limo, the wonderful dinner and reserved seating at Mangroves, and how we were taken care of every where we went. Robert was great! Very professional, courteous, and funny.

This special evening had so much potential to go horrible, but it didn't. I think your company had a lot to do with that. I want to personally thank you for being there in our time of need! It was an amazing night.

A long overdue thanks for the excellent service providedby Olympus Limo in the transportation provided for my Mother and her friend. Firoz, their driver, contacted me upon his arrival at the airport and then after he delivered my mother safe and sound to her home. My Mother, Marlene Rice, raved about the service, how polite and nice the driver was---how clean and nice the car was. They were very impressed and appreciative of the service.

I just want to say what a pleasure it was dealing with your company.My 86 year old mother was flying into Tampa by herself and had to get to Palmetto. I was concerned about that portion of the journey, because after having traveled all day, I know she would be tired, and didn't want her stuck at the airport.
From the moment I started speaking to Dellene, I began to feel at ease. Dellene worked out the detals for me, and assured me that they would meet her inside the airport pick up her luggage and take her to the door, and when they picked her up for the return trip, they would accompany her inside to the ticket window. I can not thank Dellene enough for her help.
As for the trip itself, my mother enjoyed herself thoroughly. When I spoke to her in flordia she went on and on about how nice the drive was, and how well he took care of her. On her return trip, she had a different driver, but she said he was just as nice and helpful as the first . She said "we even had a pleasant conversation at 5:30 in the morning". He took her right inside and got her safely to the airline ticket counter.Unfortunately I do not have their names, but please pass my mothers warm thank you, and my sincere grateful thanks for taking such good care of my mother.

I was about to board my flight to Tampa after an hour weather delay when I found out my scheduled pick-up had cancelled on me. I made a quick phone call to Olympus Limo and Robert was waiting for me at the baggage pickup area at TPA and we were on our way in no time. Thanks for the speedy delivery and the nice unexpected up grade to the stretch.
